Rubber stamps have truly advanced over the years. Rising from the Potato molds we used to use back in school, to a specialized photopolymer liquid that we use today to give us that extra quality and definition. An artwork template is first created from scratch using various art illustration software such as Adobe Design suite. This template is both quality assured and passed to make sure the information required on the stamp is both correct and accurately sized. The template is then exposed together with the photopolymer liquid under extensive UV light before the information starts to get burned into the liquid from the template. The polymer liquid with the information is now taken in for curing. Whereby the polymer rests in a chemical to harden and thus creating it into a rubber-like material that is used in the stamp itself. The rubber with the burnt information on it is now ready to be placed into a stamp mount and used.
