The Eco Friendly Stamp Solution

One of the biggest issues that are affecting us today is environmental degradation. The use of harmful chemicals and non-degradable items in our daily lives is one of the main contributing factors toward climate change. The use of a stamp in today's working world can be a huge helping hand in our fight against climate change. A stamp is a reusable item. Unlike single-use plastic items such as stickers and labels that could potentially contain plastic or chemical additives that could harm the environment, Stamps create an impression using ink and a rubber plate which can be reused thousands of times. In many industries, it is still seen as a popular choice. But with some innovative thinking, we can spread the use of stamps in industries that never thought of using stamps in their current environment.

Here at Imagestamp & Design, we partner with only the best and we believe strongly in the phenomenon of climate change. We take it many levels higher than the usual stamp manufacturers. Our Stamps mounts are predominantly made from sustainable and recycled material. A minimum of between 65% and 80% recycled plastic is used.

The quality of inks used in our stamps is of high quality, and non-toxic to the environment. Another element that's a contributor to environmental issues is glycerin. The more ways we can find to recycle this compound means less of a negative environmental impact it will have and therefore this is one of the main ingredients used in our inks. This not only helps the environment but also prevents your ink from drying out quickly and making your stamp last much longer.

Our clear stamp rubber plates are not only extremely durable but are also manufactured using the most energy-efficient processes possible. Our stamps are made using a photopolymer pac, recent research into this type of material means is said to save even more water during production and reclaiming and re-using more excess photopolymer resin than ever before, putting it back into the process, and minimizing waste.

This unique process sees a reduction in material consumption, tooling, and harmful chemicals that are used as compared to other machining processes. We don’t create tools or molds due to our exclusive UV light exposure method. Our Stamps are free of toxic compounds and ozone-depleting chemicals, and they do not produce toxic by-products. We’ve always been proud to say that our stamps do not contain latex, phthalates, melamine, carcinogens, or toxic or harmful compounds, and instead, we use biodegradable materials that are not harmful to the environment.
